Sale - Juan McKaough and Guillermo Webb to Bernardo D'Auterive

A tract belonging to us, situated in this District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, but above the Bayou Plaquemine, composed of six arpents of 
front on the ordinary depth, bounded on the upper part by lands of the free 
negro named Pablo and below by those of the inhabitant, Thomas Hebert, in the 
condition in which it is found, which was acquired of the deceased Atanacio 
Landry by document executed before the Provisional Commandant, who is we 
understand, Dn Pedro Voisin, on the date of the twenty-seventh of January of 
the year past, of one thousand seven hundred ninety-seven.
