Sale - Joseph Melancon to Denis Landry

The work which might exist in the construction of a levee and all the road 
which might be found on a tract of 9 arpents of front situated in the Point, 
West, of this Post in direction opposite the Church, ceding and transferring 
the rights, privileges and claims that these same works might give him, to the 
ownership of this said land; which work and claims belong to him for having 
been acquired from the Commandant by private act dated January 17, passed.
