Sale - Joseph Melanson to Teodore Rivett

A plantation of two arpents front on the ordinary depth, adjacent above to the 
Widow Ane Melanson, his step-mother, and below to Mr. Alexandre Ebert, the 
said plantation coming from the said Ane Melanson and situated on the right 
bank of the river on descending.
