Declaration of sale - Mrs. Ane Melason, Widow of Amant Melanson to Simon 
Melanson , her son

Four arpents and a half of land adjacent below to the plantation of Mr. 
Theodor Rivete and above that of the said lady with the ordinary depth of 
forty arpents situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river on 
descending, without any building or enclosure which might be used, for the sum 
and price of one hundred dollars which has been paid cash which the said lady 
declares to have retained on the inheritance of the said Simon Melanson, her 
son.
