A plantation situated in this County on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of Paul Richard and below by Joseph Dosite Babin, composed of three arpents and a half of land of front on the said river, with forty of depth, the buildings, enclosures, and other things which might be thereon and thereto depend, reserving only the fire-wood which is on the front of this plantation, which belongs to him for having been purchased of Auguste Landry by act passed before Francois Connell former Commandant of the District of Iberville, the sixteenth of the month of October one thousand eight hundred four, which is deposited in the archives of this County.
