Sale - Francois Moron to Tirso Vermeso

A tract of three arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents 
situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river adjacent above to that of 
Mr. Joseph Leblanc and below to that of Frederik Bosman, the buildings which 
belong to him according to the titles of concession of the Government, 
enclosures and all that which is attached on the said land.
