Sale - Richard Murphy to Isaac Sharp

A certain tract of land containing four hundred acres superficial measure 
situated in the Parish of Manchack granted to Willian Black by His Excellency 
Don Manuel Gayoso de Lemos, Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and ninety-
seven, fronting on the Bayou of Manchack, and bounded on the upper side by 
lands granted to Jordan Yarbourg, and on the lower side by lands granted to 
James Kelly, reference being had to the plat will more fully and at large 
appear.
