Sale - Luis Nero to Juan Franchebois

A tract belonging to me situated in this same District on the right bank of 
the Mississippi river composed of two arpents of front on the ordinary depth, 
bounded on the upper part by lands of Augustin Richard and below by those of 
the Widow Juan Franchebois, the same which was had and purchased of Dn 
Santiago Devilliers and Isabel Franchebois, his wife by document executed 
before the undersigned Commandant on the nineteenth of July of th year passed, 
of one thousand seven hundred ninety-eight with the condition of not being 
able to take more cypress trees than will be necessary by the establishments 
and consumption of the said land, as belonging to the Dn Juan Bautista DeGruy.
