Sale - Pedro Braud by virtue of authority of January 9, 1804, given me by 
Antonio Lanclos and his wife, Madelena Molinos, in order to execute the 
present and 6 more in favor of their children and son-in-law according to the 
expressed said power, declare that I sell to Franco Nero:

A tract with all its dependencies, of the ownership of my constituents, 
situated in said District on the right bank of the Bayou called of the Fork of 
Plaquemine, composed of four arpents and seven toises and a half of front with 
the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above by vacant lands and below by those 
of my constituents, of the same which was possessed and purchased of the 
Chitimachas Indians by deed executed before me, the present Commandant, on the 
eighteenth of June of one thousand eight hundred and two.

I, Antonio Lanclos and Madelinne Melinas, give power to Pieros Ebert to pass 
the sale of land to Francois Neros, Jan Batise Neros, Antoine Lanclos Jr., 
Vidalle Rivette, my son-in-law, Alexandre Lanclos, Emerant Lanclos, Lussin 
Lanclos, part, portion of land of four arpents, for which they give cash.
