Sale - Henry Nicleson to Joseph Richard

A plantation on the right bank of the river on ascending situated between 
Michel Braud and the Widow Marie Benoit Braud, * * the said plantation 
belonging to him for having been purchased of the Widow Marie Benoit Braud, 
about twenty-six months ago, the said land contains about six arpents of front 
on the ordinary depth of forty arpents,  * * and vendor has remitted to the 
said Mr. Richard the title and the concession.
