Sale - Jaisme Nicolson to Josef Leblanc and Ysak Leblanc - brothers and 
natives of Iberville

A plantation with forty arpents of front, and forty of depth, with all which 
is found thereon, houses, and fences, situated at three leagues from this 
District, and four from the Mississippi river, which road passes by the same, 
being bounded on the river side, by Etienne Ebert, and Batista Ebert on the 
side of the Furcha (I take it to mean Fork, although the word fork in Spanish 
is expressed thus: tenedor - horca - harquilla, etc.)
