Sale - Jaque Niqelson to Josephe Maton in community with Mari Josephe Doucet, 
his wife A plantation of six arpents eleven toises on the ordinary depth, on 
the Mississippi river, on the right bank on ascending; adjacent below to Mr. 
Paulle Chiacon and above to Mr. Baptiste Alin, the said land coming from the 
Widow Faures.
