All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net February 20, 2007, 8:17 pm Written: December 5, 1805 Date: December 5, 1805 Sale - Joseph Orillion, Sr. and Rose Braud, his wife to their son, Nicolas Orillion A tract of two arpents and fifteen toises fixed, of front on eighty of depth, situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above to the properties of the vendors, and below to those of Joseph Mollere, Sr; selling the same with the fan which might correspond to it, in proportion to that which their plantation has of opening; which land belongs to them for having been purchased with five arpents and twelve toises of land of front besides on forty of depth for having been acquired in exchange of their former plantation which they possessed at the County of Acadia, of Jacques Cruck by act passed before Louis Judice, former Commandant of the District of Lafourche des Chetimachas almost thirty-three years ago; and the forty aprents of land of the second concession, the vendors had obtained thereof, the title from the Government of S.M.C. which they have on hand and will produce to their son, Nicolas, purchaser.
