Sale - Jean Laurent Pelegrin to Simon Pierre Babin

A plantation situated in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the lands of the said Simon Pierre Babin and below to 
those of Mr. Jean Baptiste Leblanc, containing six arpents or thereabout of 
front on the ordinary depth of forty, the buildings, enclosures which are 
thereon, without any reserve whatsoever, in a word, such as it comprises and 
contains in this moment, which belongs to the vendor for having purchased same 
of Mr. Jean Louis Binjamin Cardine by act passed before me and deposited in 
the archives, of this Commandant on the date of the 27th of the month of 
August passed.
