Sale - Pedro Ple to Maria Francisca Leblanc, widow of Xavier Bodro

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of one arpent of front with the ordinary depth of 
forty, bounded above by the lands of my property, and below by those of Joseph 
Leblanc, the same which was possessed and purchased with three arpents, five 
toises, one foot and six inches, of Ambrocio Longuepe by deed executed before 
the Actual Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas on the thirty-first day of the month 
January of the year of one thousand eight hundred and one.
