Sale - Joseph and Francisco Pradier to Bernardo D'Auterive

A plantation belonging to us situated in the proper District on the right bank 
of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents and two toises of front 
with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Joseph 
Maria Landry and below of those of the Widow of Blas Rivet, the same which was 
possessed and purchased of Guillermo Webb and Juan McKaugh, residents of the 
District of Galvestown on the ninth day of the month February of the current 
year of one thousand eight hundred one, according to the deed of sale which 
was passed before the actual Commandant. 

(Note in Spanish on the margin) Note: Cancellation of the vendor's lien and 
mortgage, dated June 27, 1803
