Retrocession - Franco Pradier to Bernardo D'Auterive

A tract which he had sold me and my brother, decd. Joseph Pradier by deed 
before the present Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas on the nineteenth of November 
of the year one thousand eight hundred and one, situated in the same District 
on the right bank of the Mississippi river, but above the Bayou of Plaquemine, 
composed of six arpents of front, with the depth of forty, bounded on the 
upper part by lands of Gregorio Melanson and below by those of Tomas Ebert.
