In exchange, Etienne Comau to Simon Richard His plantation situated in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the plantation which has just been exchanged and below to that of the said Mr. Simon Richard, containing six arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, such as the said plantation comprises and contains at present, that is to say, that he reserves the buildings and enclosures which might be thereon, selling same only without any buildings and enclosures. The plantation which Etienne Comau exchange belonging to him for having been purchased of Olivier Benoit about sixteen years ago.
