Sale - Pablo Richard to Pablo Babin

A tract belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of my ownership and 
below by those of Joseph Clouatre, composed of three arpents of front, with 
the ordinary depth of forty, the same which was possessed and purchased with 
three arpents and twelve toises more of the person named Franchebois DeBertin 
as agent of Honorato Visien according to the papers which are presented and 
inserted in this deed executed before Dn Luis Dutisne, Commandant, who was of 
this above said District on the date of the seventeenth day of the month of 
August of the year passed of one thousand seven hundred seventy-eight; and I 
sell it, said three arpents of land of front in the same condition in which it 
was found, free of encumbrances and mortgages.
