Sale - Simon Richard to Joseph Richard, my son 

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to me, situated in said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of six arpents of 
front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of 
Estevan Como and below by those of my son, Simon Richard, which was possessed 
of the mentioned Estevan Como by virtue of exchange by deed executed on the 
twenty-sixth of January of one thousand seven hundred ninety-three before Dn 
Nicolas DeVerbois, Commandant who was we understand.
