Sale - Simon Richard to Pablo Simon, my son

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to me, situated in said District 
on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents and a half 
of front with the depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of my 
ownership and below by those of Docite Babin, of which possessed and purchased 
three aprents and a half of Margarita Landry widow of Jacinto Landry by deed 
executed the fifteenth of November of the year one thousand eight hundred 
before the actual Commandant Dn Franco Rivas, and the two arpents remaining of 
that which was acquired by concession of the Governor General dated the third 
of Jan. of the year of one thousand seven hundred seventy-six.
