Sale - Simon Richard, Sr. to Simon Richard, Jr. my son

A tract with all its dependencies, belonging to me, situated in said District 
on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents and twenty-
nine toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, according to the 
figurative plan and title of concession which is delivered, bounded above by 
the lands of Joseph Richard and below by those of my ownership, which was 
possessed and purchased of Nel McDonnel by deed executed the seventeenth of 
May of the year one thousand seven hundred eighty-six before the Commandant 
who was we understood Dn Nicolas DeVerbois.
