Sale - St. Jago Risce to James Adams

The upper and lower floor of a house built at the expense of the Spanish Govt. 
during the governmentship of the Baron de Carondelet in year 1799 said house 
being built for use of Spanish troops, likewise selling the fence, inclosing 
said house and lot, said house fronting the street on the east side, the end 
on the south, on the west by vacant land, on the north by a lot belonging to 
Alexander Norie.
