Sale - Francois Rivas to Paul Babin

A tract, rough, containing five arpents and a half front on the ordinary depth 
of forty arpents, situated at the Coast of the Fountains, in the District of 
Manchack, distance of about one and a half leagues from the Mississippi river, 
adjacent below that is to say, to the left, to the lands of Moyse Foret and 
above to those of Henry Adam,  * * * * the said land having belonged to Mister 
Rivas by his having been condeded according to the act of concession which has 
just been remitted with the consent of Paul Babin, to Moyse Foret, * * * there 
has been sold but five arpents of front, as it is so understood by the vendor 
and the purchaser.
