Sale - Francois Rivas to Moyse Foret

A land, rough, containing five arpents and a half of front on the ordinary 
depth of forty arpents, situated at the coast of the fountains in the District 
of Manchack, distance of about one league and a half from the Mississippi 
river, adjacent below that is to say, to the left, to lands of Mrs. Triste and 
above to those of Vaudiere now to Paul Babin, * * * the said having belonged 
to Mister Rivas for having been conceded to him, according to the act of 
concession which he had just remitted at the instant to the said Moyse Foret.
