Sale - Theodor Rivet to Joseph Richard - a negro, and
Two arpents of land of front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, measuring 
from the plantation above, situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent to the same said Richard and descending, which land he had purchased 
of Mister Lintot by act passed in this office the twenty-seventh of February 
one thousand seven hundred eighty-seven. The sale of the two arpents of land 
is made with the consent of Francois Ebert, tutor of the minor children of the 
late Taman Ebert, who herein declares to give release of mortgage which he had 
on this said land.
