Sale - Blaise Rivet to Joseph Mollers

A tract of three arpents of front on the Mississippi river, adjacent above to 
his plantation and below to that of Pierre Moyse Forret, on the ordinary depth 
of forty arpents, reserving in ownership, the buildings, yard and garden; * * 
* which land belongs to him for having been exchanged by this latter (Pierre 
Moyse Forret who owns some enclosures mentioned previous but not here included)
By act passed before me and deposited in the archives of this Commandant on 
the date of this day.
