Sale - Vital Rivet to Joseph Leblanc, called Miguel

A plantation with all its dependencies, with exception of the harvest, 
belonging to me, situated in said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of five arpents and three toises of front with 
forty of depth, bounded on the upper part by lands of Alexandro Landry and 
below by those of Franco and Ylario Marionaux, the same which was possessed 
and purchased by virtue of exchange of Juan Dupuis on the eighth day of the 
month January of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine, be deed executed 
before the actual Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas.
