Receipt - Vital Rivet to Joseph Leblanc, called Miguel

Received sum for price of sale of:
A plantation belonging to me situated in the expressed District, on the right 
bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Alexandro 
Landry and below by those of Francisco and Ylario Marionaux, composed of five 
arpents and three toises of front with the depth of forty, according to the 
deed executed before me on the date of the fourteenth of July of year one 
thousand eight hundred and two.
