Sale - Theodore Rivette to Widow Thamant Ebert (might be Th. Amant Ebert)

About one month ago sold to Widow Thamant Ebert a plantation situated between 
that of Mr. Aleczandre Ebert and Widow Melanson on the left bank of the river, 
* * the said Theodore Rivette had purchased two arpents of Mr. Alexzandre 
Ebert and the two others of Mr. Joseph Melanson as it appears by the sales 
passed in this archive of this Commandant of Iberville, on the date of the 
eleventh of September and ninth of November one thousand seven hundred eight-
two.
