Sale - Jacques Riviere to Jean Pierre Beauregard, free negro

Two arpents and fifteen toises of land of front with forty of depth, to take 
from the line of Jean Troxello on ascending to take on his plantation, 
situated in this County on the right bank of the Bayou called of the Fork of 
Plaquemine, bounded above by the properties of Jean Maille and below by that 
of the said Jean Troxello, composed of five arpents of front on the said Bayou 
and forty of depth, the same which he had just purchased of Jean Baptiste 
Villars by act passed before me and herein above on date of this day; in a 
manner so that he sells him the half of the said plantation adjacent to the 
above said Troxello, without other reserves except the said Jean Bte Villars 
will have the power to take on this land as on his own, the wood **
