Sale - Santiago Riviere and Juan Trope to Donato Ebert

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to us, situated in the same 
District of Lafourche, on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of 
five arpents, more or less, of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded 
on the upper part by lands of Pedro Dupleci and below by those of Jacobo 
Enery, the same which was possessed and purchased by Dn Joseph Molere on the 
fifteenth of February of the year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-eight 
by deed executed before Dn Lorenzo Sigur, Commandant who was we understand of 
this District of Iberville, and selling the same free of encumbrances.
