Sale - Xavier Robichaut and Mrs. Margueritte Landry, his wife to Paul, free 
negro

A plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, near Plaquemine, adjacent above to the lands of Andrez Martin and below 
to those of Atanaze Landry, containing three arpents of front, on the ordinary 
depth of forty arpents, with the enclosures in order and the cabins which are 
thereon, which belong to the vendors for having been purchased coming from the 
concessions which had been accorded him by the Governor General of this 
province about four years ago.
