Sale - Xavier Robichaux to Augustin Guillaume

Work which he had done on two arpents of land situated in this District on the 
right bank of the Mississippi river, on descending, adjacent above to the land 
which Mr. Joseph Melenson had made the levee, and below to that of Mr. Olivier 
Ernandes, also a cabin of eighteen feet of length which is on the said two 
arpents of land.
