Sale - Nicolas Roche to Thomas Croper

A plantation belonging to me situated in the said District on the right bank 
of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents and two toises of front on 
the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Joseph 
Orillon, Jr. and below by those of Juan Dupuy, the same which was possessed 
and purchased of Antonio Maxent on the twenty-seventh of March of one thousand 
seven hundred ninety-nine, by deed executed before the present Commandant, Dn 
Franco Rivas, and selling same with all its dependencies, free of encumbrances 
and mortgages.
