Mortgage - Felipe Roth to Pedro Belly

The price of $467 and for which I am debtor and mortgage:
A plantation situated in said District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Antonio Maxent and below by those 
of the mentioned Dn Pedro Belly, composed of four and a half arpents of front 
with the ordinary depth, the same which was possessed and purchased of the 
expressed Dn Pedro Belly by deed executed before the Commandant who was we 
understand, Dn Pedro Voisin, on the date of the second of January of one 
thousand seven hundred ninety-six.

(On margin written in Spanish) Note: Cancelled the mortgage herein opposite 
date Feb. 16, 1804
