Sale - Franco Rusman to Ricardo Murphy

A plantation and its appurtenances, situated on Bayou Mansaca, ascending on 
its left side, of four hundred arpents of land, bounded on one side by Jordan 
Yabre, and on the other by James Quelif, which plantation was purchased of 
Guillermo Blac, according to private sale.

(Below this is the receipt for 1st payment signed by Franco de Rausman; and 
also the last payment, received by Franco de Rausman)
