Twenty aprents of land of front, with the depth of forty, which I possess, by 
purchase of the same from Captain Marcos de Villiers, situated on Bayou 
Mansaca, on the left bank, bounded below by the lands of Juan Maria Arison, 
and above by those of Juan Tilano.
