Sale - Carlos Samson to Augusto Landry 

A tract belonging to me with all its dependencies and in the condition in 
which it is found, situated in the said District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of four arpents and twenty-seven toises of front 
with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper side by lands of Pedro 
Hebert and below by those of Narciso Hebert, the same which was possessed and 
purchased of Roberto Brasil by deed executed before the actual Commandant, Dn 
Francisco Rivas on the first day of March of the year passed of one thousand 
eight hundred.
