Acquittance -
George Scholfild and his wife, Margueritte McCulloch have received of Simon 
LeBlanc, sum for payment of: A plantation of five arpents of front situated 
between the land of Jean Baptiste Allin above and below by that of Simon 
Joseph Dupuis, which he had sold him by act passed before Francois Rivas, 
former Commandant of this District on date of the third of February, one 
thousand eight hundred four, deposited in the archives of this County.
