Sale - Mr. Sigu to Jacques Landry

Two plantations containing twelve arpents front on the river on the ordinary 
depth of forty arpents, situated on the right bank ascending the river, 
adjacent above to Mr. Triste and below to a man named Mathurin Benoit, * * * 
with all the cypresses and oaks which might be on the land of Capdevielle with 
the same agreements and privileges which are specified in the sale of the said 
Capdevielle which sale will be remitted to Mr. Jacques Landry as well as all 
the documents concerning the above said land.
