Sale - Juan Silverio to Franco Rusman

A plantation which is found situated at a distance of five arpents from this 
town, which was obtained by concession. Jose Rivero and then Pablo Diaz and 
after Dn. Marcos de Villier, and ceded by the said Dn. Marcos to Brother 
Junipero, Sacristan Friar, of this place; Who obtained it in the year ? in 
exchange with the said Juan Hernandez; Who cedes it in sale to Franco Rusman 
for the price ** the expressed land composed of ten arpents of front and 
tweleve of depth. Without delivery of title of possession which remain in the 
archives of this Town.
