Sale - Jausephe Silvestre to Madame Saubadons

A plantation of eight arpents front on the river by forty arpents of depth, 
situated on the right bank of the river, on ascending, adjacent above to 
Mister Boulignie and below to Mister Auriata and at thirty-four leagues from 
the Capital, (and movables) * * * and the said vendor promises to deliver to 
the said purchaser at his first request, the contract and title of the said 
place coming from Mr. Legous Verneau.
