Sale - Jorge Skolfele to Juan Bauta Allin

A plantation with all its dependencies, belonging to me, situated in said 
District, on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents, 
more or less, of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper 
part by lands of the Widow of Pedro Brasseux and below by those of my 
ownership, the same which was possessed and purchased of Juan Carlos Como, by 
deed executed before the actual Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas on the sixteenth 
of June of the year one thousand seven hundred ninety-eight.
