Sale - Gorge Skolfield to Simon Leblanc

A plantation with all its dependencies, of my ownership, situated in said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents 
of front on the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of 
Juan Bauta Allain and below by those of Simon Joseph Dupuis, the same which 
was possessed of Jose Docite Babin by deed executed before the present 
Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas on the nineteenth of April of the year of one 
thousand eight hundred, with besides, the half of the cypress trees which were 
reserved by me, of the plantation of the said Juan Bauta Allain, at the time 
of the sale and confirmed in the deed of sale, and with, besides, the works 
made on the land which were marked, as to the other inhabitants which are 
found on the Point between the part of Samuel McKoloc and of Joseph Leblanc, 
called Adu, as also the privileges which are held on the same land; and 
selling the said plantation, cypress trees, works, and privileges ***
