Sale - Etienne Theriot presented a sale to the Judge:
Sale dated Aug. 4, 1806 - Thomas Theriot and Anges Daigle to our son, Etienne 
Theriot 

A tract of three arpents of front on the ordinary depth, situated at the 
District of Baton Rouge, on the right bank of the river of the same land which 
we had acquired of Mr. Joseph Barquer Bahamonde by an act passed before Mister 
Dn Carlos de Grand-Pre, Governor now on the Spanish part, which said land 
borders above to that of Mr. Hubert Theriot, and below by that of Mr. Pierre 
Braud, which above said land we have sold him with all its dependencies.
