Sale - Jean Baptiste Villars to Jacques Riviere, both free negroes

A plantation situated in this County on the right bank of the Bayou called of 
the Fork of Plaquemine, bounded above by the properties of Jean Maille and 
below by those of Jean Troxillo, composed of five arpents of land of front on 
the said Bayou on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, the buildings, 
enclosures which are thereon, in a word, such as the said plantation comprises 
and contains actually, which belongs to him for having been purchased of 
Dominique Bourgeois by act passed before me and deposited in the archives of 
this County on date of ?
