Nicolas DeVerbois, Commandant, who is we understand, of the said District, and the remaining coming from the precipitation which the said land had and the opening which was purchased of Diego Ernandez on the second of June of the year of one thousand seven hundred eighty-seven by document executed before the said Commandant, Dn. Nicolas DeVerbois; and the forty remaining of depth making the completion of the eighty arpents mentioned had by concession of the Governor General according to the figurative plan and title of concession of all the expressed plantation.
