Receipt - Juan McKaugh and Guillermo Webb to Bernardo D'Auterive

Received sum for the price of a tract belonging to them situated in this 
District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part 
by lands of Gregorio Melanson and below by those of Tomas Hebert, composed of 
six arpents of front on the ordinary depth, as confirmed by the deed of sale 
which was executed before me, the third day of January of the year passed of 
one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
