Sale - Guillermo Webb and Juan McKaugh to Joseph and Francisco Pradier, 
brothers

A plantation belonging to us, situated in the proper District, on the right 
bank of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents and two toises of 
front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of 
Joseph Maria Landry band below by those of the Widow of Blas Rivet, the same 
which was possessed and purchased of the deceased Atanacio Landry, resident 
who is of this District on the twenty-seventh day of the month of January of 
the year passed of one thousand seven hundred ninety-seven according to the 
deed of sale which was passed before Dn Pedro Voisin, Provisional Commandant 
who was, we understand, of this District; and selling it with all its 
dependencies and in the condition in which it was found.
